Quality Management System

Quality at VAPEX is run by a dedicated, professional quality management team applying Total Quality Management (TQM) principles across every department not only inside the Quality Center.

The system is independently certified to ISO 9001:2015 (GB/T19001-2016), with a certification scope covering research and development, production, and export of electronic cigarette sets. That last word matters: the scope is written for export, not only domestic sale, which means the system is already structured for the documentation international buyers request during customs and retail-compliance review.

A dedicated after-sales technical service function closes the loop once product has shipped, so quality accountability doesn’t end at the factory gate.
